How to Suply Artwork

When sending artwork for press...

We are happy to accept a variety of file formats. Our inhouse studio has the following software...

Mac:
InDesign CC 'packaged to include all fonts & images'
Adobe Illustrator CS 5.5
Adobe Photoshop CS 5.5
QuarkXPress 8.5 'collect for output, include fonts & images'

PC:
Publisher
Microsoft Word (not for spot colour)

We also accept: PDF/X format (hi resolution) with 3mm bleed & crop marks.
.eps saved with 3mm bleed & crop marks.

Image quality:

All images should be supplied as 300dpi CMYK .j.peg, .tif or .eps.

Things to remember:

• Make sure all images are hi res CMYK or greyscale.
• Make sure there is 3mm bleed on images extending beyond the final size of your document - what is bleed? click here.
• Include all fonts.

Getting the files to us:

We accept files via CD / DVD, Email, Memory stick, wetransfer.com (FREE file sharing site - 2GB max).
